Ask the questions you truly want the answers to. Say the words you truly feel. It always comes back to this; ask and you shall receive.
When asked whom do you want for president? We said not Trump. We honestly could not whole heartedly back either candidate. So instead we arose against Trump, and voted for the lesser of two evils. In the hope, that this would soften the damage done, not just to our country, but to our worlds people and our planet. We have chosen to stand and fight, instead of joining together in peace. So fight was our choice, and the universe obliged.
Eight years ago I watched grown men cry openly in relief and gratitude on this day following the election of President Obama. Today we again have tears, though this time in questioning how someone so filled with anger, hatred, and a complete disregard of humanity; could become the leader of this country. The mind reels at what is to come.
Now is the time to remember our words, our thoughts, and our actions. In the knowing that our thoughts and words create; also knowing that the universe does not understand no (fill in the blank) or not (fill in the blank). The universe gives what we ask for, in turn we must ask for what we want, and refrain from asking for what we do not want. Such as: We want a country where all people feel equal and valued. We want to know that our rights as beings of this planet are being honored and upheld. We must ask for and expect that every person on this planet knows where their home is and that this home is not only safe and of their choosing, it has warmth, food, water, and comfort.
Ask the questions you truly want answered;  What would it take for there to be peace on this planet?    What are the infinite possibilities that this could be better than anything we could ever plan or imagine for every being on this planet?   What contribution can I be in the coming years to creating a world I would like to live in?   What is right about this we’re not getting?  What contribution can this be to creating a thriving living earth? How does it get better than this?
